In this post, there will be a lot of links. I promise I do not get paid for promotions, etc. these are just some places that carry what I have (some of what I have anyway) just in case you want to purchase anything!  This is some of the stuff I had on hand to do my dino week!  Books : National Geographic Little Kids First Big Book of Dinosaurs  Available at Amazon Oh Say Can You Say Di-no-saur?: All About Dinosaurs (Cat in the Hat's Learning Library)  Amazon Dino Chomp!  Amazon                                                 ...

Homeschool!

Hey ya'll! Sorry it's been so long! I'm trying to make a point to blog at least once a week now that I have a reliable laptop! When I was pregnant with D, or Sport, as he's often called (first born) I had said I wanted to homeschool him for various reasons. I think people thought I was kidding, because as he got older they tried bullying me into sending him to school because of all the typical reasons you hear, socializing, structure.....and so on. I almost caved. I really did. I was afraid I was being a bad parent for not sending him to school, so I was ready to not homeschool altogether. And then one day I decided every parent is different. We all love our children and want to do what's best for them. Some people send their children to public school and that's okay ! Some choose private schools, and that's okay too! Some home school, unschool, among other things and that's okay too! The fact is, one size does not fit all. Do not feel bad for unschooli...
