Frozen Lunch Movie Party!

Hello there!

A couple of weeks ago I wanted to do a family movie night with my son, but it turned into a lunch movie date with my son, and two of my nieces. It was super simple and I used things I had on hand already so I didn't break the bank!

I bought the sing along version of the movie, and I think I was the only one who was singing along! Yikes, no one wants to hear me sing, I promise! :)

The great news is you can basically call any food any name that's tied into the movie and the kids won't know the difference, hehe.

So here's some pictures of the food I used with labels. I lucked out because I had the blue baskets on hand, but I bought them at Target in the Dollar Spot during Summer. I also had the blue bowls I got from Walmart for $1 as well!










Literally the easiest thing ever! I put Frozen coloring sheets out for the little ones to do and viola!



Grilled cheese, curly fries, carrots, popcorn and hot dogs. It was a little of everything haha. 

I Googled coloring pages and printed those off. I created the labels myself, and I got the movie tickets from a FABULOUS blog. http://mommasfabulousplayground.blogspot.com/

Hopefully I'll get better at these, but this one was planned in less than two hours, so I made what I had work!

Farm week! Tot School

This week for tot school we had a farm theme! I keep things super simple, usually doing music, crafts, reading, and sensory play. My son is 2.5 years old and is very interested in learning! It's been a while!

So I didn't have internet for a little bit, then I did, but it went out for daysss, then we switched providers, then they sent us the wrong modem and long story short, it's been a while for various reasons! :) But I'm glad to be back. I've got a few things I want to update with. First I would like to start with D's playroom! When we moved in almost 7 months ago, the room was pink. When we tried to paint it red, we realized it was too close on the color wheel and the red did not cover all of the pink (even though we primed the wall and had primer in the paint!) so we had redish walls for a while!
